foil 0.1.4 -> 0.1.6 murmur_nif 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1 shackle 0.7.1 -> 0.7.3 (pulls in knot 0.1.2 transitively)
Drop the profile Makefile target, the marina_profile test module, the fprofx test dep and a stale README reference to a bench target that no longer exists.
