We don't expect to get any filter metadata, so we only attempt ISR-cal.
The BLOCK-T449 and BLOCK-T375 nighttime calib sequences have been superseded by other blocks that have already been taken. We will focus on on-sky engineering tests instead.
This config will maximize PP usage to shake out any remaining infrastructure issues. We expect to revert this commit once we're satisfied with the results.
