Change minetest. to core. and tidy.
Add a slight pause to tnt:boom to illuminate explosion before removing (timer).
While a nice idea, it has dropped items appearing out of nowhere on the borders. Instead have items ejected from the center and use radius as random velocity.

Initial minetest. to core. tidy.
Add a slight pause to tnt:boom to illuminate explosion before removal (timer).
Remove rand_pos function and have item ejection use random +/- radius value instead.
