In version 3.0.2 we made some significant changes to the themes settings. One of these changes effected how designers add custom web fonts to the theme.
Previously we relied on the google fonts api to supply custom fonts for the theme and there was a fonts.liquid file that contained the embed code to load these. After deciding that we use other web font services like Typekit and Fonts.com more, we had a rethink of how we handle this.
Note: the fonts.liquid file was removed in version 3.0.2
Adding a custom web font to Bootstrapify
Gather your web fonts from your preferred service.
Paste the javascript embed or link code into the 'Custom font embed code' field under the Typography section in the theme settings.
