Thanks for the fix @khaivandangusf2210! The docformatter This has been resolved in #4059, which keeps docformatter at v1.7.7 (which doesn't have the Closing as superseded by #4059. |

Fix CI InvalidManifestError by using docformatter v1.2.0 (earliest tag without python_venv / docformatter-venv language). v1.5.x introduces 'python_venv' language unsupported by pre-commit runner image. Only adjusts hook rev; arguments unchanged.
