fix: indexing field 'uv' (a nil value) in indent-blankline.nvim/lua/ilb/inlay_hints.lua

indexing vim.uv (uv == nil) crashes the plugin and eventually any plugin loaded after it won't work properly.

I know I'm not a contributor here but I can confirm this works for me on two different systems. Rocky9 install with Fedora neovim-0.9.5 and on my ArchLinux neovim-0.11.0
