Update Cascade and Sense Protocol providers + repair docs, some upgrades

What does this PR introduce?

This includes all changes made inside of #19

• The proposed change to committing /etc for each package was correct so I implemented it for the other packages
  as well and then cleaned up the build scripts to not touch those folders.
• Added upgrades for pnpm, github actions and some other npms.

There are the raw commit messages:

• custom upload function added and updated examples for cascade and sense providers
• custom upload function added and updated examples for cascade and sense providers
• fix missing imports at package.json and index.astro at astro-example
• add folder upload feature to cascade and sense provider
• fix: Redo Update Cascade and Sense Protocol providers #19 with required small fixes.
