Release 0.6.0 bumps package/version metadata and points .stats.yml at an updated OpenAPI spec.

Generations API surface gains optional guide_frame on VideoOptions (same ImageRef shape as other guided inputs) and optional bounds on layering output Layer, with a nested type describing canvas size and paste offsets for reassembling cropped layer images.

Dev/test tooling lets the Steady mock listen on a configurable port via STAINLESS_MOCK_PORT (default 4010), wires tests to that port (including TEST_API_BASE_URL when set), and adds a scripts/mock --install preflight for the Steady CLI.
