looks great, great job! been meaning to factor out the egglog file, good you got around to it. also good catch with some of the import cleanups re: fxhashmap.

This PR, originally only supposed to contain visualization code and examples, expanded include factoring out serialized egraph into its own module, and factoring out some egglog utilities to make constructing the visualization example (and future compiler work) more straightforward. It is a lot of changes, I'm happy to refactor them further, or break this into multiple PR so it's easier to review.
