This change updates Android overlay pass-through fragment lookup to traverse nested child fragments and return only the tagged target container. Regular fragments still require the touch point to fall within their view bounds, while DialogFragment dispatch remains delegated to the dialog after the tag match. AutoSubmit: True QuickRun: True
