What's removed?

• Support for NBC Sports 😞. There were some changes they made to their platform which broke how EPlusTV works, so I had to rip it out for now until a solution presents itself.

What's new?

• Support for MLB.tv! ⚾
• Added a new environment variable for setting up dedicated linear channels for things like FS1/FS2 and the various ESPN channels.

What's fixed?

• I found a few bugs that have been fixed around playback and event boundaries.
