Promotes only PR 366 on top of the already deployed/tested PR 359-363 snapshot. Exact sureshDev tree matches validated head c371866: yarn test:fix passed 20 suites/171 tests and the 52-route production build passed. The Next.js image allowlist is restricted to HTTPS and the exact SciCommons CDN namespace on the shared Arbutus host.
