Ability to update the version and/or build numbers to match those on the iTunes stores when the jenkins server from a development team is out of sync with the corporate iTunes store. Can use this resign update to update the build number without waiting for dev team to produce another build because the iTunes website crashed or the application uploader fails to upload the build properly --and not having to do it via command line which is the current method.
