- Introduced a new command-line argument `--no-auto-update` to disable automatic updates. - Implemented `update_from_git` function to check for updates from the main branch, handle uncommitted changes, and pull the latest changes if on the main branch. - Added logging for various update scenarios to inform users about the update status and potential issues.
