Changes
- Improved Cursor Agent resume so transcript paths captured from Cursor hooks are recognized as Cursor sessions even when a terminal previously inherited another agent identity.
- Improved agent activity status during launch, resume, fork, and manual startup so transient spinner or done titles are less likely to leave sessions stuck in attention state.
- Added an Editor setting to show untracked line counts in project-header diff stats only when there are no tracked line changes, while keeping tracked-only Starship-style counts as the default.
