Our tool identified a potential vulnerability in a clone function
evutil_parse_sockaddr_port()inapp/src/main/cpp/libevent/evutil.csourced from libevent/libevent. These issues, originally reported in CVE-2016-10196, were resolved in the repository via this commit libevent/libevent@329acc1.This PR applies the corresponding patch to fix the vulnerabilities in this codebase.
