📚 Description
This introduces oauth2 github config in dev mode.
Note that it requires maevsi/vibetype#1512 to work
To use github oauth2, developers will need to configure a oauth2 app in github for them self atm. These secrets are not shared at the moment and are unlikely to be shared in the future. We need to check the implications on the development flow here.
