Implements thread pinning, closing, and deleting functionality for moderators and administrators. Introduces new endpoints and UI elements for managing thread states. Adds a ThreadPatchResultModel to handle success or error results of patch operations.
Introduces a new 'IsCyclic' property to threads and corresponding functionality to set and unset this property.
