Qwen 3 support, install script and minor improvements

• the introduction of Qwen 3 as a new proposal model (make sure to have it pulled from Ollama)
• a new installation script to make getting started even easier
• some minor improvements under the hood to clear the code base up a little bit

This is the next minor release of Jace, featuring a new diagram creation mode that allows for quick generation of diagrams using Mermaid. This works especially well with models like Gemma 3.

For example, this is the result when asking for a pie chart about what cats do all day long.

Jace v1.0.1: Tiny web server UI/UX patch

Jace v1.0.1 comes with a set of small web server UI/UX improvements over the board, including:

• hotkeys to send a prompt (Enter) and close the answer drawer (Escape)
• more variety in the council, now including Mistral (7b) by standard
• added support for other LLMs, including their icons and better readable names of those

Furthermore, the code has been improved to be a bit more maintainable.

Hello to everyone reading this,

I'm happy to announce version 1.0.0 of Jace! This is pretty much the first "release" ever, but I deem it quite stable and usable for basic tasks already.

Feel free to try it out a bit. Direct clones from the GitHub repository may come with an extended feature set compared to this release, however they may not be as stable yet.

Installation instructions can be found inside of docs/install.md.
