WSI too big

When I used BCNB dataset on the script "create_patches_fp" it showed level_dim 11296 x 34848 is likely too large for successful segmentation, aborting
How should I deal with this except manually cut down the size of the WSIs

You can comment out the code and just try it. This size is not that big yet.
