long time for feature extraction

Hi,

I am working on a wsi which has 111360 X 73728 at 40X magnification. It is taking too much time to extract features out of it provided I am using GPU at google colab. 

What should be estimated time for a slide of dimensions I shared above to extract features? Also will the patch size remain 256?
