Multiplexed Image Normalization

Hi, I would like to ask whether we need to use any normalization to the Immunofluorescence (IF) images before feeding them to the KRONOS model? For instance, some people subtract the autofluorescence from the image. I wonder if you applied any normalization to the IF data before processing them.
