Upgrade Next and React stack, enhance dev tooling and compatibility

Here's what is new:

1. Infinite Exercises: Every Set (Syllogistic, Propositional, Modal, Deontic, Belief) is now using an exercise generator instead of manually written exercises. This means there are now infinite exercises for every set.
2. Offline Support: LogiCola 3 can now be installed as an app on every device (Mac, Linux, Windows, iPhone, Android). Once loaded, it works offline without an internet connection.
3. Pedagogical Hints: Every time a student makes a mistake, they now get a hint, just like the original.
4. Set Q Updates: People can now pick multiple options when going through Set Q (Meanings and Definitions).
5. Accessibility: I've improved usability and accessibility standards (screen reader, contrast, keyboard navigation).
