Yeah I don't believe Alpha Denshi was involved with this game beyond licensing - this interview mentions it briefly

OK, so looking at this, the only ROMs that differ across the three sets are:

• The main CPU ROM – identical for the existing Komax version and this new dump, but different in the possibly hacked set.
• Tile ROM 15 at 9E – identical for the possibly hacked set and this new dump, but different in the existing Komax version. Differences seem to just be the tiles for the copyright string (it’s drawn as a strip of tiles for this specific string, not using the usual alphanumeric character tiles).
