  • decode friend message
  • send file to friend
  • move ptt processor from toMessageChainImpl to AudioProtocol

已基本完成，目前有个问题是好友文件上传无法命中缓存，相同的文件每次都返回 RequireUpload.
如果有意向解决可以看 FriendImpl.uploadFile 方法中前面的 send ApplyUploadV3
