This project aims to create a dating website.
You will need to create an application that allows two potential lovers to meet, from the registration process to the final encounter. Users will be able to register, log in, complete their profile, search and view the profiles of other users, and show interest in them with a “like”, chat with those that “liked” back.

The project was containerized using Docker Compose, streamlining the deployment process and ensuring consistency across different environments.
Matcha utilizes Docker for efficient deployment, React TS as a frontend frameword, Redux for centralized state management, Vite.js for fast build processes, Socket.io for the chat, and Tailwind CSS for rapid styling and responsiveness. The design has been done by fmanetti on Figma.
The backend was developed using TypeScript, leveraging the Express framework for handling server-side operations, and PostgresSQL for robust database management.
