How is it related to maplibre?

It is a tileserver, so the same way all the other tile servers above are.

For example versatiles is also when it comes to it just a tile server - no particular connection.

Other tiles server support MVT and are relevant to maplibre in terms of tiles format, from what I read this is more about ESRI features, which are less part of the maplibre ecosystem, but I might be wrong...

Via posgis, mbtiles or pmtiles as far as I read.
Feature wise actually quite comparable to martin imo.

Yes, they also do other things unrelated to what a tileserver traditionally does, but who am I to judge.
