Add utopia map to the Awesome MapLibre Users List

This PR adds Utopia Map to the Users section of the awesome-maplibre list.

What is Utopia Map:
Collaborative map-based app for decentralized coordination and real-life networking. Built with MapLibre GL JS, it enables communities to create custom map instances with interactive layers for managing members, activities, and resources.

Changes:

• Added Utopia Map entry to the Users section
• Alphabetically sorted the Users list (A-Z)

Sorry for the confusion.

Pull request #126 was based on the changes already made in this pull request.
So both entries - for Gramps Web and for Utopia Map are already merged into main (see https://github.com/maplibre/awesome-maplibre/README.md contains them both).

So after resolving the merge conflict here, there is no change left in this pull request.
