This PR restores the feature id and makes the
Annotationparameter nullable for all feature interaction callbacks (OnFeatureInteractionCallback/OnFeatureDragCallback/OnFeatureHoverCallback).Minor fixed on web onMapClick, bump versions and changelogs.
