This PR updates the examples/slint example to use the stable Slint crates from crates.io instead of pinning to a specific Git commit, aligning the example with a released Slint version.

slint-buildbuild-dependency from a git-rev pin toslint-build = "1.17.0". - Remove the now-obsolete inline comment about switching back after a future release.
