Document vector tile visual artifacts and remediations

As noted in #4160 visual artifacts that can appear when large width/size/offset properties are specified in vector tile layers. This change adds to the documentation for vector tile sources, highlighting the issue and remediation options.

• Confirm your changes do not include backports from Mapbox projects (unless with compliant license) - if you are not sure about this, please ask!
• Briefly describe the changes in this PR.
