Update compatibility tables for MapLibre GL JS v5.11.0

MapLibre GL JS v5.11.0 resolves maplibre/maplibre-gl-js#3302 by making glyphs optional as specified in #1068. Additionally, maplibre/maplibre-gl-js#50 is about overall complex text rendering support, whereas maplibre/maplibre-gl-js#6637 is more specifically about supporting font-faces.

Seems like github messed up the rulesets somehow and breaking packages were introduced (mainly rollup).
I'll fix that shortly.
