Implemented a workaround for the intermittent FAILURE_DURING_TRANSFER that some users have reported. This version requires having Garmin Connect at version >= 4.22 which fixes the bug reported here https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/connect-version-4-20-broke-local-http-access as a workaround to this other bug https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/failure_during_transfer.
