ASP.NET WebForms Playground

If you don't have Visual Studio yet, download and install the Visual Studio Community version. Select the packages needed for .NET Framework ASP.NET Web Forms applications during the installation steps.

Then:

1. Open up Visual Studio -> Create a new project and then select the "ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework)" template.
2. Enter your project's name and folder.
3. On the "Create a new ASP.NET Web Application" dialog, select "Web Forms", Authentication "None", and check Advanced "Configure for HTTPS" off.
4. Click on the "Create" button.
