Thanks for the submission! Looking at the TrackingCoder website, this is a no-code tool aimed at marketers and site owners for setting up analytics and ad tracking (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) without writing code. This repository lists tools built for developers to use while building software, so a marketing-focused, no-code tracking setup tool doesn't quite fit the scope here. If TrackingCoder offers a developer-facing API or SDK, that could be a better fit for a different list, but as presented it's not a match for dev-resources.
