fix(orm): merge event listeners to prevent loosing them when setting to a different dispatcher instance

Summary of changes

To prevent already registered listeners from getting lost while applying a new event dispatcher instance (e.g. when registering the framework module), we need to merge its contexts.

This PR makes sure to merge any already existing listeners into the new instance.
