Adds the Coworkerz Tier-2 AI-agent docs (v1.1, agents.md / Linux-Foundation AAIF format): a repo-tailored AGENTS.md (project context, layout, real build/check commands, working agreements, don't/do, Definition-of-Done) + a thin CLAUDE.md
@AGENTS.mdimport (Claude Code does not read AGENTS.md natively, anthropics/claude-code#6235).Mirrors the Tier-1 rollout in USK/Liouscope/Q-Forge/HexGol/Nigin + the coworker-dde pilot.
