The ADR (and CLAUDE.md) pointed readers to a backup branch that only exists locally — a dead reference for anyone browsing the public repo. Reworded to say the pre-pivot code is archived locally.
Also adds a short Retrospective section to ADR-001: the container decision held up, the skill lineup evolved toward comprehension skills, and credential injection moved to Claude OAuth tokens.
