May I add a comprehensive Hyper-Parameter Search survey paper to this awesome list, please? Paper name: On Hyperparameter Optimization of Machine Learning Algorithms: Theory and Practice it is a very comprehensive survey paper about hyper-parameter search, and it has the Github code as a tutorial.
