DeepScan

System and Operational Security

All connections are encrypted over HTTPS and all data are always transmitted over SSL
Passwords for external applications like GitHub are never stored
Integrations with external apps are done via OAuth

User source code is transmitted over HTTPS and never executed as DeepScan is a static analysis tool
User source code is immediately and completely deleted after each analysis
Analysis results stored in our database include minimal information about the source code:
- Grade, current merged issues for the project, detected issues for each analysis, and issue statuses
- An issue mainly includes impact, message, location, and code fragment

We collect minimal information including GitHub account and GitHub email address
Personal information is collected through GitHub when you grant access to the DeepScan application
Personal information is used only for:
- Responding to your inquiries, providing services, or completing transactions you have requested
- Sending you information regarding the DeepScan service, changes to our policies, and/or other administrative tasks
Personal information is completely removed when you delete your DeepScan account
