Fix independent evaluation and add new functions

• New functions: single_mop() and prediction_changes() (for computing changes between single scenarios)
• Add block of code to check data in colors_for_changes
• Fix error in independent evaluation when pROC cannot be computed
• Fix predict_selected to return correct consensus names when predicting to data.frame
• Update projection_mop documentation: now it returns m_ranges instead of m_min and m_max
• Update block of code for argument checking in projection_changes
