Add holdcharge battery mode option

Add holdcharge as a new battery mode option to the select entity.
This mode prevents battery charging while still allowing discharge.

Also update hold/holdcharge translations to use clearer terminology:
discharge lock (Entladesperre) and charge lock (Ladesperre).
