Show WebSocket connection state in device information / WebSocket support for older FW's

WebSocket support for FW 57.x / FW 59.x

Looks like that the WebSocket implementation did not work for older FW Versions... Finally this should be resolved with the new Release

With the new release the WebSocket connection state will be displayed as part of the Device Information. I'm brief, since I am so fed up with what is happening in this crazy world.
