Hello there. 😺

My name is Masumi Stadler. I'm from Japan/Austria, currently living in Gaithersburg, MD, working as a freelance environmental data consultant. I'm a happy alumni of the University of Vienna, Austria (BSc, MSc) and Université du Québec à Montréal, Canada (Ph.D.).

I am an advocate for transparent and open science, so I do my best to publish code and data for all first-author papers when the circumstances allow me to.

  • Data on Zotero or NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) for microbial data

Please find a repository for each paper, the README will include a short description for each publication including where to find the data.

I have other repositories with workflows for bioinformatic pipelines and how to automatise raw data extraction from instrument files with R. Feel free to contact me if you need assistance to automatise raw data extraction for a specific instrument of yours.
