feat: add tsdown icon

Description

This PR adds an icon for tsdown config files.
I tried to simplify the shapes and make it fit the material icon style while still maintaining the 3D look of the logo.

Im happy for feedback on this since it's a quite a complicated logo to fit the material design style.

I would like to see this one but without the arrow and the blue square in the hammer. Like an even more simplified version. I think that at 16px*16px, the extra colors are adding noise in the shape.

What do you guys think?

@lucas-labs I removed the additional shapes and I think with just the hammer looks better.
