Doc: Deploy every midnights, and if executed manually, the action runs

Motivation for this change

Currently, the deploy action runs on every push. We will stop this and restrict it to scheduled runs only.
Manual execution will remain possible.

As a rule of thumb:

• PRs with several commits that make sense individually and that
  all compile are preferentially merged into master.
• PRs with disorganized commits are very likely to be squash-rebased.
