Apply date/time preset values to cell before closing picker

This PR adds logic to commit date/time preset values to the cell state before the picker unmounts. This ensures that selecting a preset reliably updates the cell value, aligning preset behavior with manual date/time selection and improving overall user experience.
Technical details

• Updated the date/time preset change handler to apply the selected value.

• Passed the preset value to the cell using the existing onValueChange callback.

• Ensured the cell state is updated before closing the picker.

• Prevented the picker from closing without committing the value.

• Applied the fix consistently across Date, Time, and Date & Time inputs.
