I am currently an Agronomy student at UFSC, a Research Assistant at EPAGRI, and an active member of NEPEM (Center for Studies in Experimentation and Plant Breeding).
My passion lies at the intersection of the field and code. I focus on developing tools for High-Throughput Phenotyping (HTP), Plant Breeding, Task Automation Tools, and Agricultural Management Systems, using everything from statistical scripts in R to complex engines in Haskell and C++.
I develop open-source tools focused on agronomic research and biometrics.
- AIpomoea (Python/C++): Artificial Intelligence platform applied to phenotyping and classification of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas). Registered Software.
- tsimg & tsimgR (C++ / R): Engine and R package for dynamic processing and export of serial images (Time-Series Imaging).
- Certificate System (Core & CLI): Fullstack ecosystem (TypeScript/Python) for validation and automated generation of academic certificates.
- pliman (R): R package for plant image analysis and phytopathometry.
