This pull request fixes an issue where newly specified MATLAB products were not installed if MATLAB already existed in the tool cache on self-hosted runners. Previously, once MATLAB was cached with an initial set of products, subsequent runs with a different product list would continue to use the cached version, ignoring any changes.
