Add Bridge "lightning"

lightning is a bridge made by William Horning and can connect Matrix with Discord, Spacebar, Harmony, Fluxer, Stoat, Telegram, IRC and Osmium.
It also has a public hosted version called bolt.

We like to see that projects aren't just one offs but have some confidence the will actually stick around being maintained. Could you point me to evidence about how long William Horning has been maintaining this project?

Hi, given the info I got from the creator and bolt discord age, the project is 4 years old already with matrix support being around 1 year old. They used to host it here on github before switching to codeberg. https://github.com/williamhorning/lightning

hi there!

i've heard about this issue in my channel (see #chit-chat:ineedmore.money, though the project itself has a channel of #bolt:ineedmore.money and #lightning:ineedmore.money ) thanks to @G-Utopia, and i suppose i can help with things here:

1. the project has been around since at least 2022, formerly living at https://github.com/williamhorning/lightning, and now living at https://codeberg.org/jersey/lightning
2. lightning, both the bridge application and framework, are (and have been) open-source under the MIT license, and is stable (despite the versioning possibly suggesting otherwise)
3. bolt, the hosted version you can invite as @bolt:ineedmore.money, is in over 240 channels and has bridged several thousand users
4. the docs aren't great (and are outdated), though to run it on a homeserver you can either set it up as an appservice or as a bot (relying on MSC4144 in that instance)
5. it supports a number of messaging features across its platforms, though there's not a nice summary anywhere. if you need me to make something, which the site seems to suggest i would, please reach out
